Theme Parties/Galas

Hilltop Productions has been involved with some of the most talked about events on the Florida Emerald Coast. From gala openings and dedications, to homeowners’ parties and themed events, we have catered to every request possible. From Mardi Gras and masquerade parties, to homeowner’s receptions, concerts, VIP parties and lavish dinner parties for hundreds, Hilltop Productions has made these events possible.

Be it a Valentine party, Christmas social event, Luau, wedding reception, garden parties, organization/business galas, fundraising balls, Hilltop Productions, along with its sister company, H&M Tent and Party Rentals, can supply, plan, staff, promote, and manage your next event. We have tents, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, staging, and dance floors, decorations for any event, florists, caterers, videographers, disc-jockeys, live music, and photographers. At Hilltop Productions, we make any event possible, worry-free, and memorable.

Festivals! shows

Hilltop Productions produced, managed, planned, and developed art festivals/shows throughout the south including the Eufaula Street Art Festival in Eufaula, Alabama; the West Indies Market, the Route 30A Antique Car Show, Moonlight and Movies, the Holiday Market at Rosemary Beach, Florida; and the Southland Antique and Art Show in Dothan, AL, just to name a few. In all, Hilltop Productions has been involved in the development, planning, management, publicity, promotion and production of more than 150 art festivals, car shows, art exhibits, children’s musicals and organizational trade shows.

With more than 500 artists in the Hilltop Productions network, bringing an art festival to any area is one of the most lucrative and crowd-drawing events a property, vendor, or organization can sponsor.

Concerts

Be it a top-chart entertainer or a local band, Hilltop Productions has produced, promoted and managed some of the top concerts in the region. We can book, staff, manage, promote, stage, provide transportation, produce and provide security for an indoor concert or outdoor arena.

Hilltop Productions can create an intimate performance
for 10, or set the stage for concerts for 10,000.

For the past four years, Hilltop Productions has worked with WSBZ 106.3 on its annual Seabreeze Jazz Festival by providing venue management and an artists market. Artists from all over the country exhibit and sale art in various media and have made the Seabreeze Jazz Festival their first stop on the music/art festival circuit.

In 2006, the artists market at the Seabreeze Jazz Festival doubled in size from 2005. Each year, the market attracts more and more artists from the far corners of the nation to the Florida Emerald Coast.

Street Parties/Movie Nights

What better way to get the neighborhood, resort, or the property out and hitting the streets than to have a block party or a street party? Hilltop Productions has midways, disc jockeys, clowns, balloons, food vendors, and games for all ages, prizes, moonwalks, face painters, and so much more. It is a great way to get the crowds out in a commons area and enjoy a festive evening or daytime family activity.

With a Hilltop Productions movie night, the outdoors, or arena, can be turned into a movie theater, complete with popcorn, candy, and an array of movies that range from current releases to classic films. With the 10 x 20 screen, set up on your property, in your town hall, or resort amphitheater, this community event will draw in thousands or entertain an intimate group.
